Who we are

What we keep

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, business name, phone, email, the topic and your message. The form sends them to us as an email; they are not stored in a database on the website.

To keep the website safe (from spam and attacks), the server briefly keeps the visitor’s IP address: the website counts form submissions per IP for one hour and failed logins to the admin area for 15 minutes. Our hosting provider also keeps the usual server logs.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your message and, if you ask, to send you our catalogue, prices or a wholesale offer. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before working together (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing emails unless you ask, and we never sell or give your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as our conversation needs it. If we start working together, for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for tax records. If not, we delete your message once we no longer need it, or whenever you ask.

Who else sees it

Our website and email are hosted by a hosting provider, which processes them only on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking. Cookies are set only when the site’s administrator logs in.

The Google map at the bottom of the page loads only if you click it. Google may then set its own cookies, under the Google privacy policy. The same applies when you open our pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, or message us on WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, or receive it in a machine-readable format. Write to info@paximadoupoli.gr and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
